Dove Breasts
Bacon
Jalapeños
Cream Cheese
Toothpicks
Seasoning
Slice and core each jalapeño in half longways to form little Boats
Fill each of the boats with cream cheese
Wash and season dove breasts and place them on top of the cream cheese section of the jalapeño
Wrap a slice of bacon around each pepper keeping the breast tight to the cream cheese and secure it with toothpicks
Pop the in an oven at 350 until the bacon is golden brown or place them over a hot bed of coals on your BBQ pit until the bacon is cooked
You can. also do this same recipe with anyn meat you have such as elk, venison, duck, etc......
And don't forget about an ice cold BEER!
